Maggee Miggins Real Estate Postcards

The Maggee Miggins Group, a luxury real estate firm in New Jersey, wanted to attract both buyers and sellers with postcards spotlighting some of their most stunning homes. To promote their outside-the-box thinking, they needed catchy lines relating to each featured room. Here are just two from the attention-grabbing series.

To make a big splash about new Bliss The Youth As We Know It Anti-Aging Night Cream, the PR team played up the overnight story by sending free mattresses to select editors. As a teaser, they sent pillows with this hang tag attached, which used risqué double entendres to grab attention.

As a partner of W Hotels, Bliss targeted potential new customers who moved into W Residences with this postcard. It informed them there was a Bliss location nearby, and put a fun spin on a discount offer by tying the benefits of a spa visit to their recent move.
